Hello

Try a teaspoon of Peruvian Maca per day

If you are new to the use of Maca and want to experience its benefits for yourself, it is best to start taking it in its most distributed form, in flours.

You can start adding to some drinks since its flavor is slightly reminiscent of the sweetness of cinnamon or nutmeg, highly recommended for athletes and students.

It can be added in any natural drink, or foods such as smoothies, teas, yogurts, desserts, broths, juices, coffees, homemade chocolates, oatmeal, muffins, biscuits, breads.

It is preferable not to heat it at high temperatures (neither in the microwave nor in the oven) as some of its nutrients may decrease through the cooking process.  Its taste may be a little strange at first, but as you get used it. It will become more tolerable, depending on how you mix it. Another option to take Maca is in capsules, perfect for anyone with a sensitive digestive system. We have compiled our favorite recipe with the different types of maca: black maca, yellow maca, red maca.
